"Treasures and Trinkets" is the name of the amazing kit from Citrus Tree Studio for March. The soft, natural tones of the Scribble Scrabble Nana's Trunk patterned paper really inspired me create some fun projects with the kit. I think this first one is my favorite because of the stitching and the large butterfly rub-on.
I bought this little wooden flower pot at Michael's for $1. I based coated the entire thing with a cream colored paint and then altered it with the contents of the kit. The flower pot itself has a light misting of the add-on Metallic Patina Maya Mist (also available at CTS). I just used a stiff brush to smooth out the texture of the little pot. Cute huh?
Here are the last two layouts I created with the kit. I think this kit is one of my all time favorites!!
